SHARING INSIGHTFUL HISTORY
Born and raised in Prairie du Chien, WI, Mary Elise Antoine has always been amazed by the French, Canadian, and Native American cultures of the Upper Mississippi and Wisconsin. This admiration is reflected in the many books that she has written and the types of unique and handmade products that she makes.
She finds her expression in jewelry, trade blanket totes, soaps, and so much more. Preparing for the historic 350th Aniversary of the journey of Marquette & Jolliet traveling down the Mississippi River, Mary has amassed many items that are reminicient of that period of time.
